At Hip Hop Drops Weekly, we strive to provide the best curated playlist experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
  • If you did not receive the playlist link via WhatsApp due to technical issues on our end
  • If the service was not delivered as described

Refund Exclusions

  • Refunds are not available after 7 days from the subscription date
  • If you provided an incorrect WhatsApp number and did not contact us to update it
  • If you simply changed your mind after receiving and accessing the playlist

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your email address used for subscription
  3. Provide a brief explanation of the issue
  4. We will respond within 2 business days
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding your subscription or payment:

  1. Contact Us First: Please reach out via our contact form before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.
  2. Response Timeline: We will respond to all dispute inquiries within 2 business days
  3. Resolution: We will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include:
    • Full or partial refund
    • Service credit
    • Technical support to resolve delivery issues

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your subscription will be immediately cancelled
  • Access to future playlists will be revoked
  • We may contest the chargeback with evidence of service delivery

We encourage you to contact us first - we're here to help and want you to be satisfied with our service.

Billing Issues

If you notice an unexpected charge or billing error:

  • Contact us immediately via our contact form
  • Include your email address and transaction details
  • We will investigate and resolve billing errors within 3 business days
  • Confirmed errors will be refunded in full
