2. Subscription Terms

• Pricing: $5.00 USD per month
• Payment: Charged monthly in advance on the subscription date
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Delivery: Playlists sent every Friday at approximately 10:30 AM via WhatsApp
• Requirements: Active WhatsApp account and Spotify account (free or premium)

3. User Responsibilities

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate WhatsApp number and email address
• Maintain an active WhatsApp account
• Have access to Spotify (free or premium account)
• Notify us promptly if your contact information changes
• Not share, resell, or redistribute the playlists commercially

4. Service Availability

We strive for 100% uptime, but please note:

• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• Playlist delivery time may vary by up to 2 hours from the scheduled time
• WhatsApp and Spotify availability is outside our control
• We are not responsible for issues with third-party services (WhatsApp, Spotify)

5. Promotional Terms & Conditions

General Promotion Rules

• Eligibility: Promotions are available to new subscribers unless otherwise stated
• One Per Customer: Limit one promotional offer per person/email/payment method
• Cannot Be Combined: Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions
• Non-Transferable: Promotional codes and discounts are non-transferable
• Expiration: All promotions have an expiration date and must be redeemed before expiry
• We Reserve the Right: To modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without notice

Free Trial Promotions

When we offer free trials:

• Payment information is required at signup
• You will be charged the regular $5/month rate after the trial ends
• Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
• Trial period typically lasts 7 days unless otherwise specified
• Limit one free trial per customer

Discount Code Promotions

For percentage or fixed-amount discounts:

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout
• Codes are case-sensitive
• Discounts apply to the first month only unless otherwise stated
• Invalid or expired codes will not be accepted
• We do not provide retroactive discounts for codes not applied at checkout

Referral Programs

If we offer a referral program:

• Both referrer and referee must be active, paying subscribers
• Referral credits are applied after the referred user's first payment
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash
• Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination
• We reserve the right to limit the number of referrals per user

Promotion Abuse

The following actions may result in promotion invalidation and account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to use the same promotion multiple times
• Using stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods
• Sharing promotional codes intended for single use
• Any attempt to game or exploit promotional offers

6. Intellectual Property

The playlists we curate are for your personal use only. You may not:

• Commercially redistribute or resell the playlists
• Claim the playlist curation as your own work
• Use the playlists for commercial purposes without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Hip Hop Drops Weekly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Missed playlist deliveries due to technical issues with WhatsApp or Spotify
• Changes to Spotify's terms of service or availability
• The content of songs included in playlists (we curate based on popularity and releases)
• Any damages resulting from use of the service

8. Privacy

We collect and use your information as follows:

• Email Address: For billing, receipts, and account communication
• WhatsApp Number: Solely for delivering weekly playlists
• No Sharing: We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing
• Data Security: Your information is stored securely and encrypted

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be:

• Posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
• Sent to subscribers via email for material changes
• Effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated
• Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms
