How to Cancel Your Subscription

We make cancellation simple and hassle-free. You can cancel your Hip Hop Drops Weekly subscription at any time.

Cancellation Methods

Option 1: Contact Form (Recommended)

  1. Visit our contact form
  2. Select subject: "Cancellation Request"
  3. Include your subscription email address
  4. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

Option 2: Email

Send an email to support@hiphopdropsweekly.com with:

  • Subject line: "Cancel Subscription"
  • The email address used for your subscription
  • Optional: Brief reason for cancellation (helps us improve)

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Immediate Effect: Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon confirmation
  • Access Until End of Billing Period: You will continue to receive playlists until the end of your current billing period
  • No Further Charges: Your payment method will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Data Retention: Your information will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to resubscribe, then permanently deleted

Subscription Billing

Important details about your subscription:

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly on the same day you subscribed
  • Price: $5.00 per month
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
  • Cancellation Deadline: Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid the next charge

Refunds for Cancelled Subscriptions

Our refund policy for cancellations:

  • Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months
  • Service Through End of Period: You maintain access to playlists through the end of your paid period
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical failures or service issues. See our Refund Policy

Resubscribing

Changed your mind? You're always welcome back!

  • You can resubscribe at any time by visiting our homepage
  • Your new subscription will start immediately upon payment
  • You'll receive the next scheduled playlist on Friday
